Wow, it's been a while since I posted anything, huh?
Been very busy with job and my webcomic...Anyway, this is my submission to an art contest on Gaia. The contestants had a variety of choice for the subject matter, including several dolls that the contest host owned, as well as the host's avatars. The twist in this picture is that I turned one of the dolls into a human, and the host into dolls.
I'm usually not very satisfied with character-oriented, pure illustrationy works, but this one turned out okay, I think.

I favor your more gestural brush strokes, but I understand your intent for the composition. I forgot all about your webcomic...looks like I have something else to play catch up on this weekend

I agree about the squint! her right eye appears to drift slighty off to the right and isnt in line with the left eye...but you know what? plenty of people have squints lol.

It may be just me but I think hands specially right hand looks little weird mostly becuase of the way it has been rendered.
